Rates
Prices follow the size of the job, the reporting date, and whether we walk the site.
Nothing here is a subscription. Construction project progress and budget variance analytics are quoted per period, per review, or per visit. VAT is added at the prevailing UK rate.
| Engagement | Typical basis | Starting figure |
|---|---|---|
| Programme progress pack | One project, one period, one walkdown or drawing review | From £2,400 |
| Budget variance review | One cost report freeze, written legend | From £1,850 |
| Client reporting pack | Meeting document from your photographs and figures | From £1,600 |
| Site progress walkdown | One visit, photo sheet within three working days | From £950 plus travel |
| Delay and variation timeline | Quoted from the event list and correspondence volume | Estimate on request |
What moves the estimate
A 12-home rural phase with a clean accepted programme sits near the starting figures. A live hospital wing with night-shift access, multiple baselines, and a cost report that still uses tender codes will not. Travel from Clephanton is itemised. Overnight stays are agreed before they are booked. Extra drafts after the comment window closes are charged as additional hours at £95.
Deposits
A first pack on a new job asks for 40 percent on instruction so we can hold the walkdown date. Later periods on the same job are invoiced on issue. Walkdowns without a following pack are invoiced after the photo sheet is sent.
What we need before we quote
Project name, location, contract form if known, next reporting date, and whether site access is available. Attach the accepted programme if you can; even a PDF contents page helps us see the activity count.
