Before you instruct a full period pack, this page shows the contents we actually issue. Construction project progress and budget variance analytics here are paper-first: tables, dated photographs, and a short variance note.
Activity status sheet
Each line carries the programme ID, the description as it appears on the accepted programme, planned percent, claimed percent, and a one-word status: not started, in progress, complete, or closed. We do not round a closed pour up to complete.
Photograph key
One primary image per activity claimed as substantially complete, captioned with date, gridline or plot, and ID. A visitor should be able to stand in the same place. Wide establishing shots stay on a cover page, not as proof.
Cumulative progress curve
Plotted against the accepted baseline for the packages named in the brief. If brickwork is on the client’s critical path, it does not hide inside a site-wide line. A second line appears only when a revision has been agreed in writing.
Budget legend
Approved, committed, forecast, and remaining contingency. Known extras under preliminaries are listed even when the QS will not recode them. Draft figures are labelled draft.
What a sample is not
We do not publish another client’s pack. If you need to see density and tone, ask for a redacted excerpt from a similar job type — housing, school, or commercial frame — after we have a confidentiality note in place.
