Evidence from jobs where the pack had to survive a walkaround.
These notes name the engagement used. They are not scores. Construction project progress and budget variance analytics either match the floor the client then walked, or they do not.
The first pack arrived with brickwork shown separately from the groundworks curve. Our client had been congratulating us on a healthy overall line while the elevations were still sitting. I would have liked the draft a day earlier before the Thursday meeting, but the activity IDs matched the programme we actually work to.
They walked the third floor with our site engineer and keyed every photograph to a flat number. When the housing association visited, nobody argued about which rooms were in the 70 percent.
The budget page finally split preliminaries so the extra security weeks were visible. It did not make the overspend smaller, but the conversation moved on from a single lump.
We used the delay timeline to set out access clashes with the adjoining owner. The chronology was careful about what the diary actually said. It was not written as a claim, which was what we asked for.

Occupation dates on a phased housing contract
A contractor on a 42-home phase near the Moray Firth needed a monthly pack the employer would accept before releasing a sectional completion conversation. The accepted programme mixed roads, plots, and show-home fit-out in one curve. System Craftline rebuilt the progress view by plot cluster, walked the wet trades with the site manager, and issued a pack that the client used in the October meeting. Remaining snagging was listed as incomplete, not as a rounded percentage.
A school extension held by a steel delivery
On a Highland school hall, the steel package slipped after a mill date moved. The project team had a delay notice to write and a parent group asking why the hall was still open to weather. The timeline we issued placed the mill correspondence, the revised delivery week, and the temporary roof decision on one sheet. The contractor kept authorship of the notice; we supplied the dated graphic and the source list.
