This note explains what we collect when you use this site or instruct construction project progress and budget variance analytics work.

What we collect
Enquiry forms collect name, email, chosen engagement, project location, optional date, and your message. If you instruct us, we also hold the project documents you send and the names of site contacts needed for induction. We do not ask for health data, payment-card numbers on this site, or unnecessary identifiers.
Why we hold it
We use enquiry details to reply and to quote. We use instructed documents to prepare the pack. The legal bases are contract (or steps before a contract) and legitimate interests in running a reporting desk. Cookie consent, where required, is a separate choice described on the cookies page.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted after 18 months. Issued packs and source files for instructed jobs are kept for seven years to match ordinary construction limitation practice, then deleted unless a longer hold is required by a live dispute you have told us about.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction, or objection, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful use.
International transfers
Our desk and files are held in the United Kingdom. If an email or storage provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on an adequacy regulation or standard contractual clauses and will say so if you ask.
Sharing
We share names with a main contractor only when you have asked us to attend their site. We do not sell lists.
